As I read my classmates' insights, I've learned a lot more about the history, specifically how sports were a means for survival before and how sports were more than just games—they are traditions and culture.
There are different classifications of sports; they may be individual, by pair, and even by group. Individual sports consist of 1 player against another opponent. Dual sports consist of a duo that's against another duo. Lastly, team sports consist of 3 or more players being in a team or just a trio. Sports can be played by running, using a ball, doing taekwondo, doing dance sports, doing motocross, and many more.
Engaging in sports is very beneficial, as it can enhance a lot of factors in our physical and mental well-being.It helps specifically in developing mental and physical skills, it can be a big help in solving your problems as it can be a way in how you cope with those problems, and it helps develop how we manage our emotions and personality. Overall, sports are a testament to the human spirit—our desire to connect, to compete, and to constantly push the boundaries of what's possible, making them a timeless and universal part of the human experience.
